Position：Logistics Specialist
Report to:  Asia Supply Chain Manager

Tasks & Responsibilities:
        Lead logistics projects on sourcing and evaluating logistic service providers in AP to meet business requirements
        To install an efficient low-cost operation and to develop and implement continuous improvements.
        Contract Management; Benchmarking of current contracts logistics performances.
        Develop Physical Distribution network to support business growth initiatives.
        Standardization of Logistics practices.
        Tendering of transport warehousing packages.
        Operational reviews 3rd Party Service Providers; Contract implementation;
        Cooperate with EU and US logistic team on freight forwarder KPI management
        Evaluate and analysis freight cost and local transportation cost;
        Manage bonded warehouse by timely site audit on EHS compliance

Qualifications:
        University education preferably in Supply Chain;
        At least 3 years relative experience in chemical industry with (bonded) warehousing, terminal storage, freight forwarding; experience in a imitational environment;
        Hands on” knowledge of imitational trade compliance matters;
        Familiar with ERP systems (pref. SAP)
        Good English communication skills both written and oral
        Excellent presentation skills
        Bachelor degree major in logistics or supply chain
        Good negotiation skills
        Rich experience in 3rd/4th Party management
        Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work under pressure
        Good team work and cooperation skill
